Low bar squats kill my shoulder so I was super excited about this option. I wish the sleeves were just a little longer. I can only fit 2 or so bumper plates on it.

The safety bar allows me to hold the bar lower on my back, off my upper neck. It also gives my aging shoulders a break. Very happy with it.
Great purchase, shipping company missed labeled it so took longer to receive it, and they beat up the shipping box LOL, but bar was in perfect shape. Will definitely purchase from them again.
